At Castlerigg, I experienced a heart-opening sensation, like a burst of fireworks—joyful and radiant. I arrived at sunrise and sunset, singing in the centre of the circle, lost in a rhythmic, ecstatic chant. The energy felt playful and full of adventure. Surrounded by mountains, I felt as if I were part of the landscape. Afterward, I took a plunge into an infinity pool on the mountain’s edge—it was freezing but invigorating. The whole experience here was about trust, joy, play, friendship and a sense of freedom.
